Return and Refund Policy
At The Unity Style, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The product delivered is significantly different from the product ordered.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after:
- The returned product has been successfully picked up.
- The product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- The returned item meets our return eligibility criteria.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on your payment method or bank, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Product used, washed, damaged, or without original packaging.
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen settings.
4. Size Issues
We do not provide refunds for size-related issues.
Customers may request a size exchange instead. Exchange charges will apply as per our Exchange Policy.
5. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by The Unity Style wherever service is available.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be requested to self-ship the product.
- The returned product must be securely packed with all original tags and packaging.
6. Reverse Pickup Address Change
If the customer requests a change in the reverse pickup address after the pickup has already been initiated, an additional ₹100 address change fee will be applicable.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. The customer must follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery if applicable.
